[jira] [Commented] (ACCUMULO-783) start-agitator.sh starts both agitator and magitator but stop-agitator.sh only stops agitator

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-783?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13477004#comment-13477004 ]

Keith Turner commented on ACCUMULO-783:
---------------------------------------

I think stop-agitator.sh does kill the magitator. pkill takes a pattern. agitator.pl is a subsequence of magitator.pl, so pkill wacks it. I just tested this a few times and it seems to work. Are you seeing different behavior?
