Hope you can help.  Is this part of your program?  Had to reinstall 2001 Turbo 
ax to obtain a copy of tax form.  We started I got a window:  Could not load a 
transcoding service.. Xerces Panic Error.  I can not go further or get the 
return.  I have unistalled this version and reinstalled it.  I appreciate any 
help.  Ed
