OBR refreshUrl?

Would it be a good idea to be able to reload the obr urls to refresh it's bundle list?

Maybe just add a new obr command "refreshUrl" ?

Yeah, there is a need there.  I had the same problem and my workaround was
to remove and add the url again :-(
Wanna raise a JIRA ?  And if you're fancy providing a patch, feel free
to do so.. :-D
