[jira] [Commented] (TAVERNA-71) Annotations (Example Value, etc) not loaded from wfbundle

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAVERNA-71?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15270375#comment-15270375 ]

Stian Soiland-Reyes commented on TAVERNA-71:
--------------------------------------------

Relates to TAVERNA-965 as WorkflowBundle nor UCFPackage don't have a way to load/save links wfbundle.getAnnotations().

some preliminary code for this was at:

https://github.com/apache/incubator-taverna-language/blob/0.15.1-incubating/taverna-scufl2-wfbundle/src/main/java/org/apache/taverna/scufl2/rdfxml/RDFXMLSerializer.java#L549

However this should be updated to use taverna-robundle and Manifest.getAnnotations() which would store the link to annotations using RO Bundle and W3C Web Annotation model - https://w3id.org/bundle/#manifest-annotations

> While annotations like Title/Description and Example Value are loaded for the Run dialogue if you have loaded the workflow from a t2flow, the annotations are not correctly loaded from a wfbundle.
> Although the wfbundle is stored in the bundle, what is not yet stored (not yet implemented) is the link from the particular workflow port etc. to the annotation body within the wfbundle -- so this is an issue with the scufl2 serializer.
> Note that there is a separate issue to generally edit and show the annotations.
