New consent API page on the website

Hello all,

With the GDPR deadline at next Friday, I put up a new page to explain the
new consent API that we will be releasing in the 1.3.0 release (sorry a bit
late with that). I've also updated the home page to tease this. I believe
that it is an opportunity to promote the project in the current GPDR
context and would love your help promoting this on social media. Maybe
something like this:
