[TC6] No directory listing for /examples

Take index.jsp from webapps/ROOT, copy into webapps/examples.  Edit 
index.jsp, changing  "jsp-examples" to "jsp" and "servlets-examples" to 
"servlets", then it works like always.  Appears this was just overlooked.
