[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-126) Link-route behavior doesn't honor the semantics assigned to the address prefix

Ted Ross created DISPATCH-126:
---------------------------------

Summary: Link-route behavior doesn't honor the semantics assigned to the address prefix
                 Key: DISPATCH-126
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-126
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Router Node
    Affects Versions: 0.4
            Reporter: Ted Ross
             Fix For: 0.5

Link-routes direct link-attaches to one of the closest destinations regardless of the semantics assigned to the address prefix. If there are multiple destinations on a single router, all of the routed attaches will be sent to the same destination.

Multicast is not supported for link-routing, but the anycast bias should be supported (i.e. closest, spread).
