[users@httpd] Solution: running iis and apache 2.0 togheter

The solution to the problem i posted is found.

And again it wasn't the fault of apache but iis5.0

IIS 5.0 has a new "feature" called socketpoolinh. What this does it binds
some services like

Like ftp (msftpsvc)
www (w3svc)
news (nntpsvc.)

to 0.0.0.0 and this way "speeds things up"

You can read the full document on
http://www.isaserver.org/pages/article.asp?id=223
There is also the solution to that specifick problem. Have my iis5.0 and
apache running both on port 80 now but different ip-adressess
