Error Building configuration while running run.bat

HI-
I tried starting the run.bat command and am getting an error just after Phoenix 4.0.1.  It says:
 
There was an uncaught exception:
Error building configuration from file:/C:/program files/ james/james-2.2.0/james/SAR-INF/config.xml
 
My JAVA_HOME is set to C:\program files\Java\jre1.5.0_05 and I'm not sure if this caused problems because I changed it before.  
 
My OS is Windows Server 2000.  Is there anyplace I can go for more information on Avalon?  Even though the project is closed, I'm new with this so would like to read as much info on James and Avalon as possible.

Try to use a folder with no spaces for the james install.
Let us know if this solve.
