The normal location for library files is:


TOMCAT_HOME--+--webapps--+--product--+
                                     +--WEB-INF-+
                                                +--lib-+
                                                       
+--db-obj-1.0-rc4.jar

This should be the result if you deploy a war file named product.war 
into the webapps directory, WEB-INF should be at the top level of the 
war file.
