   ### Purpose
   
   Support reading ObjectTable via Spark SQL by implementing `SupportsRead` for `SparkObjectTable` and adding `ObjectTableScan` / `ObjectTableScanBuilder`.
   
   Changes:
   - Cast `ObjectTable` properly in `SparkCatalog`
   - Implement `SparkObjectTable` with `SupportsRead` and `BATCH_READ` capability
   - Add `ObjectTableScan` and `ObjectTableScanBuilder` for scan planning
   - Add unit test `PaimonObjectTableTest` to verify reading file metadata
   
   ### Tests
   
   - `PaimonObjectTableTest`: validates reading file metadata from ObjectTable via Spark SQL
