fix: fix additional javadoc warnings in Java sources

Motivation:
Additional javadoc warnings found in Java source files:
- Scala-style `[[...]]` links in package-info.java files and other Java files
- `{@link scala.PartialFunction}` and `{@link scala.runtime.BoxedUnit}` not resolvable
- Multi-line `{@link}` tags in JavaFlowSupport.java and AsyncRecoveryPlugin.java

Modification:
- Replace `[[...]]` with `{@code}` in 9 package-info.java files, FramingTruncation.java, AsyncRecoveryPlugin.java
- Replace `{@link scala.PartialFunction}` with `{@code scala.PartialFunction}` in 11 japi/pf files
- Replace `{@link scala.runtime.BoxedUnit}` with `{@code scala.runtime.BoxedUnit}` in 2 files
- Fix multi-line `{@link}` tags in JavaFlowSupport.java and AsyncRecoveryPlugin.java

Result:
All remaining javadoc warnings in Java sources are eliminated.

Manually verified via grep pattern search
