FEEDBACK: Community feature requests for Q2 Fineract Release

Hi everyone,

If you recall at the beginning of the year we embarked on a community-wide
process to come up with some tentative roadmaps and release plans for the
Mifos Initiative core development team to work on and contribute back to
the community.

I wanted to remind you of that list of feature as we're refining it and
gathering specific requirements to flesh out the specifications for each of
these features.  I will start a discussion thread along with the
corresponding ticket for each of the major features via separate emails.
