ANN: xmltask 1.6

Version 1.6 of xmltask is out now. Changes in 1.6 include:

* Added <rename> instruction to rename elements and attributes
* Added 'preserveType' attribute to allow transformed documented to 
preserve their original DTD ids
* Added new formatting options
* Creation of new documents allowed - no requirement for a /source/ file
* Compatibility issues with Ant 1.4 resolved

xmltask provides the facility for automatically editing XML files as 
part of an Ant build. Unlike the standard filter task provided with Ant, 
it is XML-sensitive, but doesn't require you to define XSLTs.
