Version of VS2017 on AppVeyor

How do we determine what version of VS 2017 is installed on the build
servers? We need to use version VS 15.3.

Should I create an INFRA JIRA to check?

Hi,

AppVeyor isn't provided by the Apache Foundation. Hence, an INFRA ticket
isn't the way to go. According to their website, they run 15.3.3:
