We don't use a JAXP RI bundle any more, but we depend on the JAXP implementation provided by the JRE.  In order to make sure things work fine, I've added the JAXP RI 1.4.4 jar to the lib/endorsed folder in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1035643
