   Currently, Job Service Management in charge of electing leader among job services instances is not implemented for persistency based on MongoDB (only Infinispan and PostgreSQL)
   
   ### Implementation ideas
   
   Add the implementation of interface org.kie.kogito.jobs.service.repository.JobServiceManagementRepository based on MongoDB.
