It wouldn't really make sense to do that in the first release in which it
appears. I think we would want to see it used for a while so that some
knowledge could be built up about any unforeseen problems and recovery
issues as well as performance. Once it has been out there for a while, I
would suspect that it would eventually become the default in a future
release.
