geolocalisation on address with google api

Hi all,

i've created a jira issue to extend the existing geolocalisation in 
OFBIz. The goal of this is to use alsa the party's address and not only 
the geopoint, and then we can virtually locate anyone.

After a discussion with Jacques, it appears that we can't rely only on 
one API or promote just one system more than one other.

the next point was to add a property, which would allow or not the use 
of the geolocation on the address. This way we can always force the use 
of geopoints.

Then we should add or replace in OFBiz address which can be located, to 
show that it is working.
