JSP Portlet

Hello,
Here with i am attaching my JSP file named Registrationdummy1.jsp.Its doing the job of storing user registration information in mysql databse.Now i want to deploy it as a Portlet.Can anybody tell me what changes i should do in my code to deploy it as a Portlet.
