@jdeppe-pivotal Would the image `kubevirt/winrmcli` cover you needs here?

Alternatively since they are already compiling the go and putting it in an image you could take the one file from that image into our image and avoid the extra installations.

`COPY --from=kubevirt/winrmcli:latest /usr/bin/winrm-cli /usr/bin/winrm-cli`
