SSN is created on Azure
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. use link to login DLAB via HHTPS and HOSTNAME
*Actual result:*
1. user is NOT logged in DLab
2. appears "400: Bad Request"

*Expected result:*
user is logged in DLab
