map:match structure - two stars **

Hi all,
please can you explain me what two stars ** in .xmap files in tag 
map:match means?

Example: <map:match pattern="lenyabody-*/*/*/*/**">

I know that the start are accessible via {x} structure, but what is 
double star?

What documentation is this related to? Cocoon? What part.

This is explained in the Cocoon documentation, you might want
to look for a "Sitemap" section.
