JConsole Problem

Hello,

We have installed activemq 4.1.0 (binary) on our virtual server running J2SE
5.0 update 8. We
have been trying to get jconsole to connect remotely to monitor the broker
without much success.
I am looking for somebody with more JMX expertise than i have to sort out
the problem for a
fee. Please, e-mail me if interested.

Thanks

Are you running on Linux? If so, this FAQ entry might be pertinent:

Also check if you have any kind of firewall that might be blocking access to
JMX.
