The "Guide (Current)" link on the navigation pane/menu points to:

I think this is what we want:
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/digester/commons-digester-
1.6/docs/api/org/apache/commons/digester/package-summary.html

The difference being "commons-digester-1.6/apidocs" vs "commons-digester-
1.6/docs".
