    Release Note:   (was: Creates separate scripts for hdfs and mapred commands. The new scripts are bin/hdfs and bin/mapred respectively. All commands are still supported via bin/hadoop but usage of it for hdfs or mapred related commands has been deprecated.)

Editorial pass over all release notes prior to publication of 0.21. Subtask.
