> I'm experiencing problems when trying to extract date/time information from Outlook 2010 msg-files. From Tika I get for example "2013-10-22T07:43:33Z", which is from my understanding a UTC time. My local time zone is CET (UTC +1) or currently still CEST (UTC +2). However, the actual CEST-time the mail was written and that is also displayed in Outlook is "11:43:33" (which is correct).
> So neither CET nor CEST fits the date/time provided by Tika?!
