[PR] Remove createTableStaged convenience overloads from IcebergCatalogHandler [polaris]
Parasmishra788 opened a new pull request, #5228:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/5228
`createTableStaged(Namespace, CreateTableRequest)` and `createTableStagedWithWriteDelegation(...)`
were only used by test code; both funneled into the production
`createTableStaged(ns, request, delegationModes, endpoint)` with hard-coded arguments (no
behavioral divergence). This removes them and updates the test call sites to use the production
overload directly, passing the delegation modes explicitly.
Test method names/labels are kept, matching the `createTableDirectWithWriteDelegation` precedent.
