cornerstone sockets update

Content updated under avalon-components/cornestone/sockets. 
Implementation has been upgraded to use native avalon tags and meta-info 
(while maintain legacy descriptors).  Version bumped to SNAPSHOT in 
anticipation of a 1.1 impl release.
