[ApacheDS] supportedSASLMechanisms added in sasl branch

Enrique,

I added the required SASL mechanisms to the RootDSE. It's very easy to do
here's the commit log:

OK, I removed the 'simple' mechanism from the list. Also, I added a
test case to check that the SASL mechanisms are returned from a
RootDSE query.

Thanks Stefan for the feedback. Let's just nix it from the RootDSE.

may be because Simple is not a SASL mechanism ;)

I think Enrique is right here. Other LDAP servers (I have checked 3 of
them) do not return SIMPLE as a value of supportedsaslmechanisms,
neither, although they support it.

Greetings,

Sure NP let's remove it if you're certain. If you find otherwise we can
always add it ... it's simple enough to do.

Technically, Simple shouldn't be returned as a SASL mechanism in a
RootDSE query. But, it should still be supported, of course, by the
Bind handler. Also, when it comes time to do the XML config, admins
should be able to disable it. I agree it's easier to think of them
all as SASL mechanisms. In my code I distinguished between the two in
the variable names, 'supportedSaslMechanisms' and simply
'supportedMechanisms' which includes simple.

I'll take it out of DefaultPartitionNexus, unless there's some reason
we want to return it.
