[jira] [Resolved] (JCLOUDS-653) Upgrade to Guava 18

Adrian Cole resolved JCLOUDS-653.
---------------------------------
       Resolution: Later
    Fix Version/s: (was: 2.0.0)

This change was reverted as it accidentally violated our Runtime Portability goal in a quite severe way, and mostly for things as trivial as test executors and how toString is created.

In the future, we may wish to strategically pick guava 18+ methods, but now isn't the time.
