Following error message shown when executing config.sh to create a new cartridge.

--2014-04-09 22:22:58--  http://169.254.169.254/latest/user-data
Connecting to 169.254.169.254:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2014-04-09 22:22:58 ERROR 404: Not Found.

The script tries to connect to an IP address in 169.254.0.0 network, which is a link local IP address.
