test(frontend): add unit tests for WorkflowRuntimeStatisticsComponent

Cover ngOnInit grouping + single Plotly plot, undefined-stats guard,
nanosecond-to-second conversion, relative timestamps, operatorId grouping,
sink-operator removal and series naming, per-tab re-plotting, and the
empty-dataset warn-and-skip paths. Plotly is mocked. 9 tests.
