   Hello!
   
   I can not add a new data sink, steps are the following:
    * create a custom data sink following instructions from this [guide.](https://streampipes.incubator.apache.org/docs/docs/dev-guide-tutorial-sinks.html)
    * add the corresponding service to the docker-compose.full.yml
    * start docker-compose.full.yml
   
    
   
   *expected result:*
   
   The new data sink appears in the "Install pipeline elements" tab.
   
   *actual result:*
   
   A broken tile appears that cannot be selected (please. see the attached image).
