Apache caused pagefault when I access a JSP

Hi,
    I've installed Apache 1.3.9 and configured it to use Tomcat3.0 for
servlets/JSPs.  When I tried to access a page in the server's root directory
it caused page-fault error.  Can I somehow compile JSPs on the Apache server
using tomcat?

I'm using  JDK1.22 and WIN98.
