@slawekjaranowski Can you please check on your machine? On my I constantly get

java.io.IOException: File D:\Github\Maven\maven-scm-publish-plugin\target\it\site-deploy\target\svn-root\format unable to be deleted.
at org.codehaus.plexus.util.FileUtils.forceDelete(FileUtils.java:1186)
at org.codehaus.plexus.util.FileUtils.cleanDirectory(FileUtils.java:1390)
at org.codehaus.plexus.util.FileUtils.deleteDirectory(FileUtils.java:1346)
```
even when using Admin Rights

Please try clean with force
