   - Add detection health in the alert list endpoint.
   - Store the detection health in detection config DTO and periodically update it in the monitoring tasks. So that when a user opens the page, it will avoid the time to generate the detection health.
   - Add a cache for loading the detection list, subscription group list, and application list so that it won't need to fetch all the metadata from the database when the user opens the page. The cache will be warmed up when the application starts and after that will be updated periodically. This reduces the alert list page opening latency from around 3s to around 0.3s in my testing. 
   - Minor change to the frontend to move away from the legacy endpoints.
