[jira] Commented: (TUSCANY-1344) Tuscany does not provide a loader for the elements in scdl

Matthew Sykes commented on TUSCANY-1344:
----------------------------------------

When the artifact processor is created, createSCABindings in CompositeBuilderImpl will need to be a little bit smarter about how and when it overwrites the uri attributes on the bindings. In particular, on the reference side, the uri could point to the target but the current implementation will set it to the URI of the reference.

> There doesn't appear to be a StAXArtifactProcessor capable of reading and serializing <binding.sca /> elements in the scdl.
