Consequent changes in log messages crashes the DB.

Hi all.

I have a strange behavior of SVN 1.3.1
After some (about 10 or 20) consequent changes of log massages using
TortoiseSVN 1.3.3 client I received an empty edit box for next attempt.
Then I closed log window and tried to reopen it. As result I received a
message:

"Can't connect to host 'hostname': No connection could be made because
the target machine actively refused it."

SVN standalone server was in "stop" mode. After reactivation of this
service I found that all changes that I'd made in log are existed. I
continued to make changes (edit log messages). After another (this time
I counted them) 10 consequent changes the situation repeated. But after
attempting to close tortoise "log" window and get log again I got
another error message:

"Berkley DB error for filesystem C:/path.../db while opening 'uuids' table:
Not enough space
bdb: Lock table is out of available locker entries"

Reactivation of server did not correct the problem so we had to restore
db from backup. We had a recent backup and less of time so unfortunately
we forgot to try to recover db. We saved crashed repository db so can
play with it further in spare time.
