CI not that red any more

Hi,

Removed 300 GB of Bigtop-trunk-packages builds 
restarted jenkins
reduced history of builds within Bigtop-trunk-packages to 5 (was 10).
removed Bigtop-trunk-aarch64 (last run was in April)

thanks for all the heads up!

I wasn‘t fishing for complements, simply had the impression that someone of you had changed something at infra leading to that weird situation. It turned out that it was a massive space overrun. sorry for the presumption.

anyway, I like to additionally suggest that anyone working on infra or ci will announce it on irc and should be present on irc while working on it, too.
