HBase supports document in Chinese, it would be nice to have one on Phoenix too.

I plan to do the single page document translation and update the Phoenix Web as the hbase does. Maybe you guys can suggest me the content to provide and help me to do the review part.  

From my perspective, I would like to start on the home page, and then add grammar, function, and other reference pages.
