Potential confusion privacy level for privacy lists
Privacy currently has two lists:
privacy@apache.org (private)
privacy-discuss@apache.org (public)
I think this is confusing.
Most private lists are called private@ or security@
I think serious thought should be given to a rename.
Better to do this sooner rather than later.

Also legal@? It seemed to me the thing@ was the private list, and thing-discuss was “public.” If there’s a better, more-clear definition then I’m all for standardization.

ps - I have no problem with comments/critizism on what I did/didn’t do, just trying to help the discussion/progress at this point.
