Summary: [shale] Allow for classname attribute in dialog-
                    config.xml
           Product: Struts
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: Shale
        AssignedTo: dev@struts.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sean.schofield@gmail.com

Currently its impossible to use your own implementation of Dialog without also
providing your own configuration class. In many cases the custom class may only
involve a few extra "setter" properties and therefore could use 99% of the code
in Configuration Init.

For this usecase it would be nice to be able to specify an optional "classname"
attribute so that Digester can create classes other than DialogImpl. The
default should still be DialogImpl and so there would be no need to change
existing dialog-config.xml files for users who are using the default implementation.
