[jira] Created: (MENFORCER-44) the banSnapshot option in requirePluginVersions should distinguish "SNAPSHOT" and timestamps

the banSnapshot option in requirePluginVersions should distinguish "SNAPSHOT" and timestamps
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MENFORCER-44
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MENFORCER-44
             Project: Maven 2.x Enforcer Plugin
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Standard Rules
    Affects Versions: 1.0
            Reporter: nicolas de loof
            Assignee: Brian Fox

The release plugin now allows to use timestamp dependencies.
the requirePluginVersions rule cannot be used with such configuration as it considers a timestamp as a SNAPSHOT.

Maybe the SNAPSHOT detection code could be shared ?
