[PR] Avro: Skip decimal fields using their fixed size [iceberg-python]

- **What:** Fix skipping decimal fields in Avro.
- **Why:** Reading only `id` from a record with `amount=123.45, id=42` can return `24`.
- **Implementation:** Skip the fixed byte count already used by `DecimalReader.read()`.
