Committed in rev 931098.

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-317 changed the way the TikaConfig is created as it does not rely on a  tika-config.xml file any longer. Our custom TikaConfig has been modified to reflect these changes.

This was the last remaining issue marked for 1.1
