    Description: Remove the {{DefaultExecutionSlotAllocator}} which is only used by the legacy {{SchedulingStrategies}}. Probably {{AbstractExecutionSlotAllocator}} can also be removed in the same step.  (was: Remove the {{DefaultExecutionSlotAllocator}} which is only used by the legacy {{SchedulingStrategies}}.)
