acs github branch 4.5 - compiling error

Hello,

We have problems with compiling 4.5 branch.
We think that this problem occurs for last week.

Cound someone confirm this  ?

Step to reproduce:
1. Download source
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/archive/4.5.zip

2. mvn install
3. errror
