   ### Use case
   
   For now, when the `DevLake` is up, it is listening on the loopback address (127.0.0.1). In order for remote users to access it, a reverse proxy server is required. To simplify this deployment process, we could change the default bind address to `0.0.0.0`
   
   ### Description
   
   change the default bind address to `0.0.0.0` of the following deployment mode
   
   - [ ] docker compose
   - [ ] helm
