reachfish opened a new issue #1137: slave broker disk use 100%,  delete commit log file too slowly

   slave broker  delete commit log file too slowly.  it use a sshd disk,  its capacity is 9T.   now the disk use ratio is 100%,   free space is  20G and still decrease.    producer's tps is 50MB/s
